 I LOVE SOUP.

so it only seemed fair that I add my favorite soup recipe so that you can enjoy the delicious food as much as I do.

CAL’s TACO SOUP

Ingredients:
2 cans of diced tomatoes 8oz
1 can of white shoe-peg corn
1 can of black beans
1 can of garbanzo beans
1 Taco seasoning packet
2 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small onion chopped
Salt for taste
1 can of Rotel
2 cups of chicken broth
An entire bushel of cilantro chopped (yes the whole thing)

Steps for Cookin’

  1. In a medium saucepan, add 1/4 of the chopped onion, a bit of oil, and the chicken breasts, chopped into 1/4in pieces.

  2. Fully cook the chicken until each piece is slightly turning brown. Take it off the heat and add taco seasoning.

  3. Throw all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil, then cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

  4. Your soup is done, top it off with some sour cream and three cheese Mexican mix!
